About Healing of the Soul Ministry

 My reason for going to Healing of the Soul Ministry was to deal with inferiority and self-hate. The counselors of H.O.S.M. were patient, loving, and gracious to me. My perspective has changed from unrealistic perfection to being under construction and being loved by God.

Healing of the Soul Ministry is an example of God's grace and mercy towards those in need of divine transformation. I sought to heal my soul from several decades of suffering through traumas, grief, and losses with many unsuccessful attempts to process the situations in a way that would indeed benefit me. The ministers guided me through the path to restoration while giving me the tools, wisdom, and knowledge to stay on course after the sessions expired. All of the resources provided continue to aid me during times of test or trial. The whole experience was so freeing for me! I even went through it a second time to heal the wounds inflicted by my mother specifically. As a result of God's favor, the ministry's obedience, and each of our willingness to trust the process I am a living testimony of a renewed mind.  CS

(As a student enrolled in Tidewater Bible College taking an elective) When Professor Stanley (Healing of the Soul Ministry) told me the first night of class that when "I go through" I would understand. All I knew is that I was taking a course in Pastoral and Biblical Counseling, but I was puzzled when she kept saying when you go though. Asked her what she meant when you go through, go through what? I thought it was just an ordinary class that was needed for my Biblical Studies. After going through the issues which I had not addressed in my own life. It was life-changing for me because the course showed me how you can think you are alright for years and find out there is more things going on in your life that need to be addressed. Just as God had a cure for your spirit, He has a cure for your soul. When we accept Jesus by faith, our spirit is born again. When we come to know and believe God's love for us, our soul is renewed. Getting Satan's lies out and God's love in is what healing of the soul is all about. Knowing how much God loves you gives you joy, peace, value, and self-worth. So yes, going through was well worth it, I am still free by the grace and mercies of God.  JL

My reason for taking the class was to find out what it was all about. I actually thought it was just an ordinary class about the soul. After going through the class, I was surprised at the issues which I had not addressed in my own life. It was life changing for me because he showed me how you can think you are alright for years and find out there is more things going on in your life which need to be addressed. I am so thankful for HOSM because it has given me a new perspective on how to live and help others to understand the need for their souls to be healed.
